Memorial Plaque
In memory of deceased animals
"The only thing that counts in life is the trace of love we leave behind when we depart"
Albert Schweitzer (1875 - 1965)
What is the TIR Memorial Plaque?
Pets are, oftentimes for many years, our loyal companions who are treated as family members and are loved dearly. It is therefore a sad moment when our longtime friends pass away. The loss of an animal is a significant and emotional moment in life. It is therefore only natural that many animal owners wish not only to bid farewell to their darlings in a dignified manner but also to preserve their memory.
For this reason, TIR has created a memorial fund for deceased pets. Animal owners have the possibility of making a contribution to animal welfare in honor of their pet. The memory of the loyal companion is then perpetuated with an entry in a "virtual memorial plaque". At the same time, the donation promotes one of TIR's projects and thus helps other animals.
The memorial plaque is kept elegant and deliberately simple. The gallery only features a picture, the name, and the year of birth and death of the deceased animal. If you do not wish to upload a photo, you can also pick a symbolic image. We generally list the animal owner's name and place of residence, but, of course, you can also choose to remain anonymous.
